This is a frontend role with a strong Rails and server-side focus.
Many of our projects are built with Ruby on Rails + Hotwire, so frontend developers on our team work closely with the backend and participate in shaping the UI at the server level.
We’re happy to work with frontend engineers coming from React or other SPA backgrounds, as long as you’re curious about — and not afraid of — server-driven UI, Rails views, and standard JavaScript.
Our frontend is not isolated.
It’s part of the product, the backend, and the overall system.
